Who are these training programmes for?

These programmes have been designed specifically to build muscle. They are suitable for anyone, for all ages, who are looking to either bulk up or lose body fat.

Are these training programmes designed by you?

Yes. I have been a certified personal trainer and online coach since 2013. I have worked with hundreds of clients on a 1 to 1 basis and have over 2,000 hours worth of experience with working with clients in person. These programmes are tried, tested and are a product of what I believe to be the most effective way to deliver optimal results.

Will I get stronger with this programme?

Although the programmes are designed to maximise muscle hypertrophy, you should see strength improvements over the course of you following them. The priority to begin with is to master each exercise, so initially you may need to reduce the weight in order to follow a specific tempo or to keep the tension on the working muscle. Once you have mastered this you can gradually increase your working set weight.

Do the routines change each week?

The majority of the exercises within the training phases will stay the same, however overall volume and intensity will increase over a 4 week period (more sets, reps, inclusions of dropsets etc) finishing off with a 5th and final week where you will do a de-load week.

Do they include nutrition plans?

Yes. I have provided a number of different meal plans ranging from 2,000kcal all the way up to 4,000kcal, including food substitutions along with low carb, medium carb and high carb options.

What if my gym doesn’t have all the equipment in the programme?

I have provided a number of different free weight exercise replacements for each exercise in the training programmes. If you have limited equipment available I would suggest signing up to the customised training programme where I can build a tailor made training programme to suit your needs.

What if I can only workout a certain number of times per week?

I want you to make your way through each of the workouts on the programme where possible, if it takes you 8-9 days to complete a 4 day split, that’s fine. Don’t feel the need to cram everything in within a 7 day time period. Go at your own pace.

What if I can only workout for 45 minutes?

If this is the case you may need to miss out some of the exercises in some of the routines. I recommend keeping the compound movements in there, and leaving out certain isolation movements or other exercises which focus on a muscle group which is a strong point of yours.

What’s included in the course?

40+ exclusive videos, access to private group on Facebook along with the male beginner and advanced programmes.

What if I don’t have Facebook?

You will still have access to the core components of the course, however there is always the option to create an account simply to have access to the group if you wish.

Does it come with more in-depth guidance with nutrition?

Yes. I have put together a number of videos covering topics such as bulking, cutting, how to transition from one to the other, how to calculate your macros, which macros split will deliver optimal results, re-feed meals, intermittent fasting, supplement guidance and more.

How do I gain access to the membership area?

After purchasing you will be given a unique username and password which you can use to login to the membership area on my website.

What can I do after completing the course?

You can either cycle through any of the 4 previous training phases on that programme or you could take your training to the next level and sign up to the customised training programme.

Will the course be too hard for me?

Not at all. I try to make everything easy to understand and to avoid complicating the process of building muscle and losing body fat. You can go at your own pace.

Is this a subscription or one-time payment?

This is a one-time payment and you will have access to the course and the programmes for life.

Can I buy the guide in my country?

The guide is available in any country and the currency shall be converted on checkout!

How do I receive the programme?

You get my guide through the Aflete app which contains all the workouts and videos. This app is free to download.

Will the guide expire after I have completed all the weeks?

No, you have lifetime access to the guides so they will never expire. You can complete them as many times as you like.

Can I buy your guide Internationally?

Yes my guide is available in all countries and you can pay via Card or PayPal

How can I pay for the plans?

My card keeps getting declined

In most cases, your card being declined is due to your bank rejecting the payment. This is because they may not recognise the influencer's domain. Try using a new card or ring your bank to tell them that you are making the transaction and then try again.

How do I reset my workout progress?

You can reset each workout individually in the app. Go to the completed workout and click the restart button on the top right.

How do I get the workout tracking and videos?

Download the AFLETE App from the App Store and log in with the same details as you did when completing the order. Your workouts will automatically be added to your account and you will see them in the first tab inside the app.

I have not received my confirmation email?

Please wait up to 24 hours for your confirmation email. Often it can go straight into your junk and spam folder, so make sure you check there first. If you still have not received your email please get in touch at support@mikethurston.zendesk.com

I don’t remember my login, what do I do?

Your login is the email you used if you have previously purchased anything from us or if you have used our AFLETE app. Try signing up again with your email to know if you have used that email before. I don’t have access to my order on the app

First, please make sure you are logged in with the exact same email as you used when purchasing the guide. This is the same email where you received your confirmation email. Please double check this as in most cases people use a different email address to buy and another to sign up to the app. If you still can’t see your order, please get in touch with our support including your payment confirmation so that we can resolve this issue for you.

How do I reset my password?

Click the "reset your password" button on the login section of the app.

What is my login?

Your login is the same as the one you used when completing an order on one of our influencer websites. If you downloaded the app it is the login you used to sign up with.

Refunds and Returns

I don’t like my product, can I get a refund?

When you purchase any plan or digital product, you agree to no refunds as stated on the website. This is because the content is delivered instantly to the buyer and can be seen by the buyer.

  • Refunds can only be given in the following circumstances:If there was a technical issue and we can see that the content was never received by the buyer.

  • If the transaction was not a genuine transaction (card fraud etc.)

  • If there was a duplicate order or payment.


I haven’t received my guide yet?

You should be expecting your confirmation email within an hour. Please check your junk/spam emails for your dispatch email. You can also search for your email by simply searching for confirmation in your search toolbar. You can download the AFLETE app and sign in using the same email address you purchased the guide with to access the workouts. My card is blocking the payment?
