This programme is designed for female trainees who are looking to tone up and lose body fat. Included are 2 training phases which last 5 weeks each and aim to target all muscle groups. Phase 1 consists of 4 day split - 2 lower, 1 upper and a core/calves routine. Phase 2 consists of a 5 day split with 3 lower and 2 upper body routines. Each phase comes with optional cardio routines.
